Shipping policy

We currently deliver to all regions of Saudi Arabia.
International shipping is not yet available.

Processing Time: 1–5 business days (order confirmation, handling, packaging)
Shipping Time:
- Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
- While most orders arrive within our standard delivery time, occasional delays may occur due to factors like supplier warehouse location or international logistics. In rare cases, delivery may take longer than 20 days.

⏳ You may receive items in separate packages if they ship from different suppliers or warehouses.

Standard shipping: SAR 30 per order
Heavy or bulky items (such as Abayas) may have a higher shipping charge (e.g., SAR 40)
In some cases, shipping may be calculated per item if products ship from different suppliers or warehouses

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your package through our shipping partners' websites.

Delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance in Saudi Arabia
Supplier warehouse issues
Public holidays
We will notify you in case of any major delay beyond 30 business days.

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at delivery:

Shipping charges (SAR 30) and COD service fee (SAR 24) are non-refundable
You may become ineligible for future COD orders
