At SaharaKart, we want you to love what you order! If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — within fair and transparent guidelines.
📦 1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories
- The request is submitted with clear photo/video proof
❗ Note: Due to our international dropshipping model, physical returns are generally not required. Our suppliers handle replacements or refunds based on your submitted proof.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened cosmetics, makeup tools, and personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials (liquids, sprays, etc.)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
🔁 3. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Contact us at info@saharakart.online
- Include your order number, issue, and photos
- If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement (no need to return the original)
💰 4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayTabs / Credit Card)
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
- For COD orders, see special terms below

🚚 5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Saudi Arabia with an additional service fee of SAR 22.5.
📌 COD Terms:
- The SAR 22.5 COD fee is non-refundable
- In case of return or cancellation after shipment, only the product cost is refunded, not the COD fee
- Refused or undelivered COD orders may lead to a temporary suspension of COD option for that customer
🤝 Returns for COD Orders:
- Only exchange or store credit is provided for eligible COD orders (no cash refund)
- Proof of defect or wrong item is required

🌍 7. European Union Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)
For EU customers: you have the right to return orders within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
